I'm Kat, a mature student heading into my final year. I am currently looking for a room close to the city centre and/or around Oxford Road (University Campus).
My budget is £700 (Inc bills). I am looking for a room that is furnished (at least with a bed and drawers). I would ideally like a double room, but I am open to other options.
I'm 27, easy-going and creative, I would love to live with other people and/or a person that is also easy-going, clean and respectful. I love a balance of being social and also having my own time and space.
