Moving due to renovations

Hi guys.
I've adored living in a 2-up-2-down with a backyard for over a year now, but my nice friend and landlady is getting extensive renovations done in July - hence the need to relocate to another relaxed home in Brighton or Hove.
I've worked every year of my life since I was 10 yrs old but I'm not career oriented. I love gardening and would prefer some outdoor space at home.
I work at a primary school in Hove, on the maintenance team, so I could come in handy, here and there!
The days of partying most nights are long behind me... the odd house party for us all would be lovely. ...I'm not dead yet. ;-)
I'd like to live in a respectful and compassionate mixed sex environment. I'll be equally happy chilling in my bedroom as hanging out with you in the lounge/kitchen/garden.
I smoke - but have no qualms going outside for one, as I had to the 7 years I lived in Canada (and it's sub-zero there!). Plus - I'm gonna make a move to give up soon.

Please, feel at ease to fire me off some questions or tell me a joke. I like jokes.
