Kind creative professional WFH in London

Hello!

I'm Grace, 30yo, from Sydney but been living in London for 3 years now. I am an art director which means I work for a creative agency, mostly on fashion and beauty shoots so most days I am WFH but also do go out to shoots a bit too during the week. I am very friendly and sociable but often just need peace and quiet so will spend time in my room, but I've always really got along with flatmates who have become real friends I'm still in touch with so would like that again ideally. I'm a very generous and empathetic person so am very conscious of how others feel around me especially at home, I think it's so important to feel peaceful and relaxed at home. Also, I'm very clean and tidy, I like things to be neat and clear.

On the weekends I take it pretty easy, my party days are behind me so am often just either going for runs and long walks, meeting friends for coffee or dinner, picnics when it's sunny, I like meditation, coffee, reading the newspaper, books, audiobooks or watching films / series. Having said that I do like pub nights out and occasionally going out dancing or to house parties with friends. During the summer I'm quite keen on travelling to warm beachy places so do that as much as I can.

At the moment I live in West Hampstead with one other flatmate, but our landlord needs to do repairs on the house, which will take 3-4 months. The lease I'm on now ends 6 March but my landlord is flexible so I could move out sooner or later than that, but essentially I'm aiming for around that time. I could do either a short term let for 4 months or so, or if I find the right place, a 12-24 month let would be great.

I'm really flexible on where I live and am more focussed on finding a place with someone I could potentially have to be locked down with in a space which is comfortable enough with ideally an ensuite and somewhere to put my laptop, screen and drawing tablet and deskchair.
