Professional male looking for double room

35 year old professional male working in the Cannock area. Would require a room for approx 8-12 months, easy going, very active and spend most time outside of work at the gym, pool or cycling and running. Like to have weekend breaks away so I would very rarely be around. Budget-wise I would be happy to pay up to £500 per month and would prefer an Ensuite. Not interested in any rooms with hidden costs.

Wouldn’t mind sharing a house with male(s) with similar interests, being active, follow literally any sport.. and can have a laugh and easy life.

Happy to provide references rather than pay extreme amounts of deposit fees.. curious to how many contracts are issued when charging someone a deposit. 🤔
