32yo professional share or buddy up

I’m looking for a place from 29 March (or early April) – either short term whilst I settle in and look for something long term, or long term. Also open to buddying up and finding a 2 bed together.

I’m from Leeds originally, have lived in London before and moving back down again for work.

I work in tech as a software consultant. I’m hybrid and split my time between office and WFH fairly evenly.

My weekdays consist of work & gym. In my free time I like to get out and about meeting new people, exploring the city, exhibitions, hiking, eating out, travelling, visiting home.

I’m looking for a modern, bright, tidy and relatively quiet place to live. I like time to myself but would also be nice to live with someone with similar interests to occasionally hang out, go for food etc.
I’m not a party animal and don’t really drink. I don’t mind if you do but wouldn’t want to share with someone who’s throwing big parties every weekend.

Decent gym and tube/train within 10 min walk is preferred (easy commute to Victoria is ideal).
