- from Leeds, Yorkshire
- work in tech as a software integration consultant
- weekdays consist of work & gym mainly
- weekends / free time I like to get out and about meeting new people, exploring the city, exhibitions, hiking, eating out, travelling, visiting home.
- my office is based in Victoria and I’m in the office at least two days a week, sometimes more. WFH rest of time.
- i'm v tidy and considerate of others, and as much as I enjoy socialising I do also enjoy my own space and down time too.
what i'm looking for;
- existing house/flat share or buddy up with max 1-2 other housemates
- modern, bright and airy spaces that won't roast in the summer & also a double bed is essential
- I have a car so street or private parking is required.
- I’m not interested in messy, cluttered or cramped spaces.
- i’m not a party animal and don’t really drink. don’t mind if you do but wouldn’t want to share with someone who’s throwing big parties every weekend
location;
- v flexible on location, preference for north of the river but happy south for the right place/person
- decent gym and tube/train within 10 min walk (easy commute to Victoria is ideal)
