Looking for one room in York city

Hi I'm Alex :) I'm looking for 1 room in a York houseshare. I'm a friendly and relaxed guy who's very easy to get along with. I'm not a party animal so I'm not looking for a 'party house'. At the same time I'm a sociable person with lots of interests and I get out the house a lot.

I'm a clean person and looking for a clean house, however I'm not a 'clean freak' and would never 'tell someone off' for anything haha. I've shared with students who created a 100 high stack on dominoes boxes, I'm basically not looking to see that record beaten in my next place xD

I'm looking for mature, nice, friendly housemates like myself :) I get along with men and women equally, looking for a mix ideally as I've lived in mixed before and it worked really well, my best friends are men and women I met from uni when we lived together.

I'm a Psychology graduate, I love animals but don't have pets. I'm into science, history, health & fitness, cycling, all sorts of things. I don't smoke.
