Tidy and respectful professional

I am a professional female aged 27. I am looking for a double room ideally around beginning of Jan 2025 (but can be flexible for the right place/right fit of housemates) I am happy to share with males or females but would love to find a good houseshare where the housemates are respectful of one another and enjoy each others’ company. Previously I’ve been lucky enough to share with my best friend but the opportunity to live in the suburbs with her boyfriend has claimed her. We had lived in our flat together for 4 years and I’m sad to be leaving it so really I’m looking for a home, not just a house.

About me:
I work in the office 5 days per week so no wfh necessity. I’m also part of a rowing club that takes up a couple of evenings a week and most of the weekend. When I am home I like to relax with some tv or a good book, enjoy a glass of wine or a trip to the pub on weekends, and I make a pretty decent risotto or pasta dish.
