Buddy up or spare room from September -city centre

Hey! I’m Leah, 29 y/o professional - my current flatmate is sadly moving to London in September so looking for someone to buddy up with or a spare room from then. I’m keen to get something confirmed by end of July so it’s not a last minute panic.

I work in hospitality/ events, mostly normal office hours with the odd evening or Saturday so won’t be working from home.
I’m clean, tidy and like my home to be a relaxing space so not looking for a party flat.

Ideally would love to live with someone that can be a friend as well as flatmate 🫶🏼 I like my chilled nights in after work and wholesome weekends as well as getting dressed up for dinner and drinks occasionally 🍸 I appreciate my alone time so very respectful others’ as well.

I’m looking for a furnished new build with a concierge. A balcony and gym would be a bonus but they’re not a dealbreaker!

I currently live in Deansgate/Castlefield and work in Ancoats so open to any area of the city centre with a £750-850 budget for rent so can be flexible for places with bills included.
