Looking for a studio flat or 1 bedroom flat

Hi, my name is Lucie, I'm 39 years old. I've been living in London since March 2017.

I'm resident with right to work and rent. I'm originally from Prague, Czechia.
I need to move out from my studio flat in Camden by midday of 26 May 2026 the latest,
as my 1 year lease is ending and my landlord wants to move his son into my current flat.

I am looking for spacious studio flat or 1 bedroom flat, preferably in North London area.
My budget is around 1200 up to 1400 pounds, dependent on the area.
The rent will be covered by Universal Credit to me, so I need tenancy agreement and proof of the address, upfront.
And I will pay it to the owner of the property or renter company.

I'm self sustained person, quiet at home but also sociable, when outside. I'm a kind, friendly, empathetic and respectful.

I moved to London because of the culture scene, as I used to be music promoter back in Prague, while studying Philosophy and Ancient Greek at Charles University. I'm mainly into arts and music. I came here to pursue a career in creative arts.
That's what I was doing back in my hometown apart from my daily job as an accountant for DHL at the Vaclav Havel Airport for two years, working in a conceptual gallery for a decade and meeting creative souls during my journalism years.
My history of employers in London consist of working for Westminster Central Hall, Tate Modern but also Pret A Manger and Wasabi.
So I know how to keep my space clean and have a profound social skills.
I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, taking pictures, observing and making art, meeting dogs, deers and taking long walks...
My last job was working as a Visitor Assistant in Twist Museum at Oxford Circus and I was very much enjoying a company of my colleagues and chatting with visitors from all around the world.
