Pro, clean, respectful, looking for 2-3 person rental.

## About me

I work as a software engineer.

Independent, quiet, very clean and tidy, I don't smoke.

Interested in sciences, cosmology, technology, IT, ...

I like going out, pubs, gigs, festivals, meeting new people, board games, ...

I love cats!

## My ideal place

- A double bedroom

- 2 or 3 tenants maximum (including me)

- Preferably located close to the Piccadilly line

- A clean and tidy place

I use something => I clean it. Simple, easy, everyone is happy.

I am tidy, organised, not reluctant to cleaning as I can even find this relaxing sometimes.

Of course, living with other people means that, sometimes, it cannot be exactly the way we want, that is totally understandable. However I do not tolerate things such as leaving dishes in the sink for several days, dropping food/liquid and not cleaning... This is disrespect towards other people you live in.

- A good and stable broadband connexion.

- Basic amenities included (washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer)

- Furnished would be a plus

- A desk in the bedroom would be a plus

- A non smoking place

- (optional) An en-suite bedroom would be a plus

- (optional) A space outside (patio, garden ...) would be a plus
