Single male of a happy considerate disposition

Hello I am a friendly relaxed laid back thoughtful young 64 old (just!) I recently retired though will be working part time, am quiet and considerate to those around me also I can be quite funny and outgoing with the right people. I do not have a pet though I love animals, am a none smoker but do not mind people who do, if you take me as a friend I am very loyal honest helpful and a true gentleman of older values. clean and tidy at all times also aware of waste like lights/water/heating left running
I will be moving to Bournemouth and actively looking to buy a property in the area which probably will take me around 6 months give or take a couple of months
