Hello new potential housemate, my name is James and I am currently looking for a new sociable & respectable flat/house-share in central or south Manchester essentially to be closer to work.

A bit about me.....I’m a gay non-smoking (but don’t mind if someone does) tidy housemate, love good food, being active with running & hiking, reading and Netflix binging. I’m sociable and would like to live with the same, although I am also respecting of others privacy and own lives. I like to relax most evenings in the week and leave the plans to the weekends, however, a mid-week meal out is not uncommon. I work Mon-Fri in the city and very rarely from home.

I am flexible with my move date and open to discuss this.
