WANTED Clean Ensuite Room or Studio Aprt

Hello,

Wanted: quiet room, ensuite or studio apartment preferably in Wells, but Glastonbury, or nearby.

I am a professional voice over artist and a chocolate maker.

I like trips away/travelling and I have a house in Spain so won't be there all of the time but when I am I need to work from home.

The reason for renting for me at the moment is so I can look around for another place to buy in the UK but tbh I may not even buy in the UK, I am considering other places around the world hence travelling and staying abroad for extended periods of time trying places out.

I am sociable but need peace and quiet and like to be near/in nature (... and no that doesn't mean to offer me a shepherd's hut or a tent!). I like my home comforts, mod cons, etc. cleanliness, clean communal areas.

I would only like to share with 1 other person or 2 at the most.

All bills must be included, be clear and no extra surprises please.

Place must meet all necessary safety landlord compliances.

Please do NOT send me house shares with 5 or 6 bedrooms of young males, and only 1 or 2 bathrooms ... you are wasting both of our time.
I have the majority of my items in storage after I sold my house in UK so don't have a huge amount of belongings that I'll bring with me.

It would be nice, but not essential to have a training buddy for swimming, fitness/resistance training as this is an important part of my life along with healthy nutrition.

Please be clear on any "other' costs if they are not included.
