Creative female with small dog

I'm looking for a room or property (preferably with a garden) for me and my small, well behaved dog. I'm comfortable sharing with all types of pets and my dog is great with small animals, cats, most other dogs and children alike.

I'm self employed working within the community on social prescribing projects for mental health. I have been living in Cornwall since 2017 and have built my life here. I'm desperate to stay in this area for the continuation of my community work.

Happy to help with extra jobs/decorating/gardening etc in exchange for reduced rent as I don't earn much due to the nature of my job.

I enjoy exercise and being outside, I love the sea, a good laugh and some chilled company. I'm polite, clean and outgoing.
