About me:
Retail trainer for a fashion brand (mix of WFH and visiting stores, occasional flight to location for a few days). Friendly, considerate and pretty chilled. I like a calm, homely place during the week, with the occasional dinner or TV catch-up, but I’m also very happy doing my own thing and unwinding in my room. Into gigs, reformer Pilates, the gym, the pub and a good film or series.
I’m a local so have a good network of friends in London, mostly in their late 20s so would be nice to find some housemates mid 20s-mid 30s but open either way!
About the room:
Budget around £850 per month (flexible for the right fit).
Areas: Clapham, Balham, Tooting and nearby etc.
Bonus:
• Natural light / some storage
• Tube or train within walking distance
• Friendly, respectful housemates who value a relaxed vibe, up for the pub or glass of wine of the sofa
• Cat-free (I’m allergic, so sad)
