31 year old female looking for a 1 bed flat

I am a 31 year old female, who has lived in London for the last 7 years. I currently live near Wandsworth Town but my landlord is renovating the flat so having to move out, so I am looking for a new home mid-November but I can be flexible with a move in date.

I’m a Planning Consultant and I WFH 2/3 days a week. I am a clean, tidy and relaxed house mate, who loves to go out for food and drinks. I like to stay fit and regularly go to a spin or HIIT class. I also like to stay in and watch TV/Netflix and cook/bake.

I also have a candle business, so you can expect the house to always smell nice!

I am looking for clean housemate, who is respectful of each others space but also like to socialise and have a chat with a glass of wine after work.

I have a monthly budget of up to £1300pcm. I’m looking for a double bed with en-suite / own bathroom.

Looking to live in Clapham, Earlsfield, Battersea, Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction l, Putney or Wimbledon area.
