Looking for buddy to share with or room to rent

I am a clean, tidy, respectful and reliable young professional. I am looking to either "buddy up" with someone to rent a place in Chelmsford or to rent a room. I will be working from home for at least the next 4-6 months, so if there was a separate space for this that would be even better! I am often away at weekends as I coach football and have family commitments.
