Hi, my name is Melanie. I will be a new mature student for the BSc Clinical Herbalism degree at Lincoln. The course lessons are made by block, basically 5 packed days every month. This is why i am looking for a nice room to stay mainly for about 7-10 days each month while going to lessons/clinic practice and some quiet study. The other 2-3 weeks i live in London with my husband, where i also work part-time within the wellness field.

I am very respectful, clean, tidy and friendly too.

- I am looking for a NICE ROOM in a NICE CLEAN-TIDY house, sharing preferably with other RESPECTFUL students or professionals that like to have a good home environment, and maybe enjoying a relaxing cup of tea/coffe together.

- I like sharing spaces (like kitchen and bathroom) to be kept clean and tidy, and the house to be safe and quiet (no house-party people or with alcohol or drugs habits).

- Most suitable location near/around Lincoln College

- Max rent no more than 350-450 monthly (also depending on room/house) and must included all bills and wi-fi.
