Easy-going professional looking for a decent room!

Hi, there! Looking for a room in September, preferably zone 1 or 2, for up to ~800PCM including bills :)

I'm pretty easy-going and enjoy a bit of company but also like time to myself. Preferably, I'd like roommates who are around the same age and share similar interests.

Hobbies include:

? Socialising with friends
? Outdoor activities (jogging, walking)
? Theatre/cinema
? Video games (I have a PS4 and an old N64 with all the games ????????)
? Science/tech (I have a PhD in molecular biology, so I like to keep up as much as I can and check out sci events!)
? Museums, events
