Double room wanted in a professional flat share

Hi,

I'm looking for a double room close to the city centre. Salford Quays, Old Trafford, Stretford, Chorlton, Castlefield would be great.

I work in Manchester, as a Producer for photography and video content. I work in the office or studio everyday and go to the gym three days a week so I will be out of the house most of the time. Sometimes I get to bring home freebies from my shoots, which can be anything from sports supplements to bread!

I've been living outside of Manchester and commuting for a couple of years, but having started a new job with no wfh opportunities, I’m looking to cut that commute down drastically. I'll still have a car, so would need safe parking.

I’m tidy and clean and like to relax in the evenings, so wouldn’t want to be anywhere messy. I don’t go out too late during the week, as I'll usually get up to get to the gym before work. I’m pretty independent and like to keep to myself but it would be nice to live with someone similar and be able to go for a drink, pub quiz or film etc, or at home chill and watch a series.

Happy for bills to be included or split them evening however it works best.
