House share for a young professional

Hi,
I am looking for a room to rent as I'm starting a new job in august. Ideally I'm looking for a house share with like minded people who are quiet and considerate but like to have a chat at the end of the day and relax.
I am quiet, clean and considerate so won't be making a racket at unearthly hours. I will be out of the house most of the time due to work or generally exploring the area, but I like to socialise and wouldn't mind chatting in the evenings or on weekends.
I am a vegan but am not opposed to others eating/cooking meat in the house, I like to bake, kayak and play sport. I shower at night, rarely drink alcohol and am interested in art and music.
I am looking for a quiet room with chilled housemates, shared kitchen/bathroom, no cats as I am allergic but any other animal is fine.
