Two males professionals looking for a house/flat

Hi everyone,

We are two professional males, aged 34 and 37, currently looking for a flat or apartment to rent in East London.

We both work full-time and have stable employment. One of us works in construction on major government tunnel projects, while the other is a Personal Trainer based in Central London (Piccadilly). Due to our work schedules, we are typically out of the house for 12+ hours a day and spend most of our time working.

We are clean, organised, respectful, quiet and take pride in looking after any property we live in. We don’t smoke indoors, don’t host parties, and generally lead busy working lifestyles.

We are looking for a long-term home in areas such as E1, Whitechapel, Aldgate, Bethnal Green, Mile End, Bow, Stratford, Hackney, Stoke Newington, Clapton, or nearby locations. Ideally, we would like to stay within East London and no further than Stratford to the east or Upper Clapton/Stoke Newington to the north.

We have our own quality furniture, including a high-end sofa, TV and a few other household items that we would like to bring with us.
