Looking for a calm home

Wants: a modern bathroom, kitchen, and wooden floors

My name is Lewis, I’m 38 years-old and am working at the University of Cambridge in Student Support. My work is pretty calm, so I won't be bringing stress home, and I mostly work remotely, too. This can mean I'm at home a lot, but I run or go to cafes most mornings, and then visit the gym in the afternoons. I took two MAs in the Philosophy of History, and am still reading around my area of interest.

I'm an early-bird and am good at keeping myself busy, so it's fine if the house is quiet. I like to read, write, go to the gym & run, cook - even occasionally bake - and to hang out in coffee shops. I'm always listening to music, and I sometimes go through phases where I game a lot too.

I am happy, also, to hang out as much as everyone is comfortable with. I'm still friends with many past housemates who I used to cook with - every now and then - and watch TV series together (Frasier, The Killing, Friends), or have a board games night (Carcasonne, Ticket to Ride, MTG!).

I like to keep the place clean & tidy, and would prefer to agree on a chores rota, so that everyone knows what they're doing and how often etc.

Most of all, however, I'm looking for a calm, happy home.
