Friendly, tidy professional

I am looking to rent a room for around 3-6 weeks from early May 2024. Ideally I want to be within 20 mins of a gym (walking or public transport) and somewhere fairly central.
I would be working remotely from the room 3 days a week (as a software developer) and hopefully getting out to a gym and exploring quite a lot of the time otherwise, likely going off on trips and staying elsewhere some nights.
The reason I am looking for a room to rent is after a recent relationship break up I am looking to get away (from my flat in Horley, Surrey) to a new location for a short while and to get to know other areas better.
I am friendly and would be very respectful to take care of the property. I am tidy, polite and considerate of others, I wouldn't be noisy during the day or night. I am vegan and I love animals.
