Looking for Flat/House Share -Own B/room Preferred

Hiya, I’m Maisie 😊

I’m a 29-year-old looking for a double room in a clean, relaxed and sociable flat share, ideally with access to a private bathroom. I’m open to joining an existing household or buddying up to find a new place together, which I’ve done before and really enjoyed.

I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with. I enjoy a drink in a beer garden, trying new food spots and the occasional night out, but I’m just as happy with a cosy night in. I like cooking and also the occasional takeaway, usually alongside a film or series. I’m into festivals, gigs and travelling when I can.

I’ve been renting for nearly 10 years in a mix of setups, so I’m very used to shared living. I have a few bits of furniture in storage, so I’m open to unfurnished or part-furnished places if it’s the right fit. I sometimes work from home, so having a comfortable space during the day is a bonus.

Ideally looking to live with friendly, respectful people who are on a similar wavelength when it comes to keeping the place clean and looking after shared spaces. I’m quite affected by my environment, so I feel best in a calm, tidy home where everyone pulls their weight and cleans up after themselves. Nothing too strict though, just a relaxed place where things are looked after and feel easy to live in. I also like making a space feel more like home, I have some plant babies, use low lighting (no big light EVER), candles, art, books and generally prefer somewhere that feels lived-in rather than a ‘landlord special’. 

I appreciate having my own space but would also like a flatmate who’s up for being social now and then, whether that’s a chilled evening in, going out for food or heading out for a couple drinks.

I’m ideally looking for a long-term let (1 to 2 years, possibly longer) and hoping to move in May/June/July/August.
