Looking for a new home in Woolwich/Greenwich

Hi there, whomever it might concern.

The torturous road of finding the perfect living situation - the time has arrived yet again. She’s on the market.
Little about me: 35, Estonian, world explorer (have lived in 4 countries over the past 13 years), health nut, fitness junkie, self-entiteld masterchef and one hell of a character. That having been said, I'm very much over the early 20's party days and hope for a very peaceful living situation in non-overcrowded setting (sharing with max 2 individuals) where respect between people is essential. I work a lot (not remote) so peaceful downtime is much needed. Reliable, punctual, easy going, well organized and a bit of a clean freak. What more can you possibly ask for? As a non-smoker myself, I'm also hunting a household that keeps the smoke rather outside than in. Previous landlord recommendation available.

What I'm looking for: a nice double or single room with fair amount of storage space around Greenwich, Woolwich or Charlton(ish) area to ease the pain of moving, and likeminded cool people to share a new home with.
