Looking for room for a year from January 2025

Hello!

I'm Joan, from the Philippines, and I will be moving to live and work for a year in Birmingham starting January 2025. I have lived in England before (in Guildford) from 2018-2022.

I am sociable, easy to get along with, sensitive to the needs of others and a fairly considerate person.

I love the sun, sand and sea as much as I love the mountains! Ridge to reef! Haha Can't live without coffee, books, music, movies. Happiest when I am teaching, cooking, reading or travelling!!! <3 I also love dogs! So it would be a bonus if you have a dog! Haha I enjoy and can't say no to good conversations and banter over coffee, tea or drinks :)

I like keeping fit and healthy through a healthy diet and doing physical activities. Running is my regular thing (parkrun!), and I also love yoga and pole fitness. Tried bouldering a few times and I would love to do it more regularly too. Always up for walking and small hikes, and could plan for travelling for major hikes too.

I am looking for a room that I can rent in a flat/house that will be my home for a year in England. If you have an available room, please let me know! :)
