Looking for a place to stay whilst retraining!

Hi, I'm Ollie – originally from Leeds. I'm 32, a keen runner, baker and after 10 years of working in IT, I've decided to take some time to retrain as a carpenter whilst I'm on sabbatical. Im looking for a place to stay while I take on some carpentry work and take some classes.

I've been renting out my own place in Leeds for over a year now, and have already been in a previous sublet throughout this year, so I know the value of having a clean, respectful housemate. I’m tidy, easy-going, and generally keep to myself, though I get on well with everyone I’ve lived with in the past. I’ll mostly be out during the day working, and in the evenings I’ll be catching up with friends or at classes, so don't plan on spending much time at the property.
