32, double room/buddy up (Bristol) for new year

*if I’ve shown interest it means I haven’t been able to message but definitely would like to chat & feel free to message about buddy-ups!*

Basics
• Looking to move early next year (Jan) so putting the feelers out now
• Full time employed (hybrid/office is in central Bristol, it's flexible so I can go into the office more if space is limited in the house)
• Looking for a double room in most areas of Bristol, with good public transport links nearby would be a plus
• Quite open but an ideal house share situation would probably be living with 2-3 others (preferably late 20s or 30+). It would be great to find a place where housemates become pals, even if that’s just a friendly chat whilst making coffee in the kitchen or the occasional drink at the pub etc!

About Me
I’m clean and tidy, I'm a very easy-going person so I would be happy to socialise or to leave others to themselves, respecting their space. I'm a non smoker but I don't mind living with those who do, and I don't mind living with pets (in fact, I would love that but I appreciate it's quite rare when renting).

I work for a charity and music venue (but it’s largely a 9-5 job). I enjoy going to gigs/comedy nights/museums/exhibitions etc as well as going for long outdoorsy walks and running (slowly ha). I'd be moving from Weston but I lived in Bristol for 6 years previously, yearning to be in a city again to be honest!

Other Selling Points:
• I could potentially wrangle you free gig tickets occasionally
• I have a projector which is great for film nights or watching sport together
• I’ve lived in a few house shares before and they have always lived with me again, and I've received a full deposit back from every property I’ve rented
