Quiet Creative Looking for Ensuite Room

Hello!

Back in London after 2 years living in Australia & looking for a place to call home :)

New builds preferred. Must not be ground floor. Ideally anywhere that's less than a 30 minute commute to central London.

I’d prefer for the bills to be included and the deposit must be relatively low. Ideally some place modern and/or minimal (I work in the Social Media & Content Creation industry for a national newspaper company + recently graduated in design)

I’m available to move in from 15th July and £1200 is the budget.

**Must have space for a 160cm desk** THIS IS IMPORTANT - Due to nature of my profession, I will disregard messages that ignore this request.

I work a hybrid pattern, so I will be home here and there.

FYI: I'm a homebody. I’m relatively quiet but will come out every now and then to socialise. Nothing too crazy though. PLEASE do not expect an incredibly social flatmate. Due to being on the spectrum, I require a lot of alone time.

I pride myself in cleanliness and would only live a household that reflects this. As I’m on the spectrum (ADHD and Autistic) and part of the LGBTQ community, and would prefer an inclusive and accepting household.

In my spare time I'm a photographer/content creator, so need a lovely home to get my creative juices flowing.

I do have a cat (handsome photos attached!) that I'm looking to bring with me. He's 10 and naps most of the time. So ideally a place with flexibility on this would be great.
