Hi there! I’m a 31-year-old professional working in advertising in London, currently looking for a single or double room in a friendly, well-kept household.

My budget is up to £1,000 pcm, and I’m looking to move from 15th July 2025, though I can be flexible for the right place.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going, sociable, and respectful of other people’s space. I like a good balance between having a chat or drink together, but also appreciate a chilled home environment. I’m clean, tidy, and treat the flat like a proper home rather than just a place to sleep.

I’m open to living with any gender or age – the main thing for me is good energy, mutual respect, and a place that feels relaxed and comfortable.
