Looking for a room to rent

The people living in the home would be just me, I would prefer a studio at least so I have my own space. Darwen is preferred that is were my only family member lives.

I do not have a guarantor but I can get a reference from my old landlord, been living with ex partner and family since 2023.

My income consists of my universal plus my disability due to my autism. I can get universal to cover rent.
I prefer as long tenancy as I can get so 6months at the least but prefer 1 year at least.

I rented since 2023, I rented in essex from 2022 until November 2023 was living with family before that.

I know I don't have much but I have always made sure rent is paid on time I paid the rent which was 725 a month I have the bank statements to prove it. I have done ever since November 2023 then our previous property in essex which was 800 pcm.
I have lived in my current place since January 2026, pay 685pcm currently.
