Description
Buongiorno!
I'm a 30 Italian guy currently living and working in St John's Wood area. I am funny, I like to hang out with friends and party...but also enjoy relaxing at home with a book or a nice movie!
I am a clean guy, I like to cook (Even if I prefer to eat.. hehe) and to meet new people, possibly from all around the world.
To avoid wasting your (and my time) please read the add and from when I would need the room...
I am looking for a room in a shared flat/house in Central London (I posted a pic of the tube stations that I would be interested in...)from JUNE. I am on a 3weeks notice period so from the 01/06/2014 on I can move out anytime (just need to tell the landlord within that time period..): anyway I may pay rent in both places for 1week if worth it.
I am looking for a rooom with big bed (Double..) or anyway a good size room with LOT of storage space (big wardrobe, drawers, etc) as I have TONS of clothes!
I work close to Marylebone station so zones with easy connection to this area are preferred.
I have shared flat with maaany different people while I was in Spain for 3years, in London for 9months (2009) and also right now I am sharing the flat with 3girls and 2guys (yes.. half London live with me!)since August 2012. I have been told I am a great roommate, so if that helps then a big thumbs up!
I hope you will contact me.. Have a nice day!!
Diego
PS. In order to avoid you losing time, I better explain that the budget I've put here (190-200pw) is the one I would pay for a room in a central location. Lewisham/Bow/Mile End/Clapham are totally fine, but IMHO not worth those money (unless it's a palace hehe)
