27 year old quiet Male seeks a room for 675

I am a working professional as a software engineer aged 27. I typically live in Southend and would spend 70% of my time there. I occasionally go into London for nights out at board game nights or socials.

Into computers, cars, and animals and I always clean up after myself and regularly do general cleaning over the house if I have a free second.

I drive so parking would be ideal dedicated bay/off-road would be more ideal over permit parking. Happy to pay small extra cost for parking if need bed

I would only consider a double and a bonus for locks on the doors. It would be ideal if my partner could stay with me a few nights a month (NOT FULL TIME)
