Room Wanted on Short Term Basis

Please read my full ad before responding as I've got some really specific requirements.

I'm 22 years old and working full time in retail. I am transferring to Leicester in my job in December so need somewhere to stay ASAP. Long term, I will be looking to get a place on my own so I am looking to rent a room on a short term basis just while I settle into Leicester and find somewhere suitable for myself. Therefore, I am not interested in any minimum 6 month tenancies as I want the freedom to move on whenever.

My budget is ?600 inclusive of all bills.

No large house shares please! I only want a maximum of 2 housemates.

I prefer living with landlord as opposed to HMO lets and I would prefer to live with females, but these are not rigid requirements.

I would prefer a large bedroom as I like to have a decent amount of floor space and the room needs to be big enough to fit a desk and chair, chest of drawers and a big wardrobe.

I don't know Leicester at all so don't know much about what areas are nicer to live in etc, however I do prefer quieter areas. It is essential that the property is on a mainline bus route so I can commute to work and the property must be within Leicester city as I don't want to live anywhere too rural and have a long commute to work.

As a person I'm extremely tidy, responsible, respectful and reliable. I'd want the same from a housemate; I wouldn't be happy living with someone who uses my things without asking, is lazy and messy and isn't mindful of safety, like forgetting to lock doors. I also really like my alone time and tend to go to bed no later than 10pm most nights so I'd like someone who can respect my need for space and isn't noisy and disruptive.
