We are a professional couple (both full-time employees) looking to rent a full property, furnished or unfurnished, from July, on a long term basis.
We don't smoke and we have no children nor pets.
Our budget is £850 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment/house or £950 for a 2 bedroom one, exclusive of bills.
A private garden/patio/balcony would be preferred, however a communal area could also be considered.
Due to work commitments, we would prefer something that in no too far away from the city centre (maximum 30-40 minutes walk).
