Young Professional/ 4th Year Honours Student

Hello,

My name is Lewis Forrest, I am a 21 year old young professional working in the music business, and I am also away to go into 4th year of a music business degree.

Basically I am currently living in the city centre of Perth, and I am looking for a new flat mate. My current flat mate will be moving back to Germany in the next four months, so I am seeking a new flat mate for about April/ May possibly June kind of time this year.

I am very clean, easy going, quiet, I don?t particularly go out partying etc very much, I am a non smoker, don?t use drugs and aren?t particularly a massive drinker. I also travel a lot with my career/ degree.

I am very easy to live with according to my current flat mate, keep everything clean and in order, and I am a very good cook too.

I am looking for someone aged 18 ? 30 max, male or female, and either a young professional or a student. I am not particularly bothered about what you do, as long as you can pay your half of the rent and the bills it?s all good.

I would like to continue living in the city centre of Perth, but not in my current flat. So I would be more than happy to move in with someone that is seeking a new flat mate, or I would be more than happy to find a new flat with the prospective room mate.

I would like to live in a flat that is at most ?600 a month or below, as our current flat is ?550. So the halved rent would be ?300 a month max each.
