Housemate wanted for friendly Redfield houseshare

We are three friends, Oscar, Milo and Hannah, living in Redfield and looking for a new housemate.

The deposit is protected under the Deposit Protection Service scheme. Bills come to around £95. Technically we let through CJ Hole, but we have only ever really dealt with the landlord directly - he has been generally helpful and responsive whenever we’ve had issues. Unfortunately they don’t allow pets. DSS accepted.

The room is a small, south-facing double, and would suit someone without loads of stuff. The house has a nice kitchen and living room area that we all spend a lot of time in. We also have a sunny, secure garden and bike shed.

We’re located on a quiet street where there is usually parking available. St George’s Park and Lawrence Hill Station are 10 min walks away, and the Bristol-Bath Cycle path is a couple minutes’ cycle away. There are lots of buses to the centre and cycling in takes 10-15 mins.

We’re a chilled, LGBTQ-friendly house who like to do things together, like watch films, play board games, see live music, but also appreciate our space and quiet time. We like to keep the house relatively clean and tidy.

Milo works as a care/support worker and loves to cook and share food with people. He is interested in gardening, permaculture, general green things. He is always up for Catan or Boggle and tends to let loose at a few festivals every summer.

Oscar does admin for UoB, and loves films, music, cycling and a good crossword.

Hannah works in admin and enjoys baking, cooking garlic broccoli, film and all things pink.

The ideal move in date would be 5th June, but there’s some flexibility for this to be earlier. Give us a shout if you think you might be a good fit
