I am a live out landlord who owns a 2-bed flat in the City Centre which is shared between two flat-mates. One of the flat-mates, is relocating with work on 22nd Nov and therefore his room is available.

A little about your potential flat mate:
Zee is easy going, tidy and social and enjoys cooking (and is very good!).
She is looking for somebody equally as tidy, respectful.

A little about the flat:
Ideal location which is 1min walk from Union Street, 7min walk from Asda/M&S/Morrison’s, 3min from pure gym and some great pubs/bars/restaurants/cinemas on the door step. It is modern throughout - marble bathroom floor with electric shower, bath & washing machine. An integrated dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer microwave & table in the kitchen. A double bedroom, large wardrobe, sets of draws. The living room is large with dining table, L-shape leather sofa, 42' wall mounted plasma TV and underfloor heating. You will also have your own parking space at the flat and a visitors parking pass also.

The price includes the following fixed monthly bills:
- Rent, factoring fee, TV license, internet, council tax = £500pcm

The only bill not fixed (as usage pending) and therefore not included is electric/heating, which will be in addition.
