Large room in city centre, with easy access to both the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University.

The apartment is a short walk (2 minuets) from the train and bus station, with easy access to a large number of shops in the city centre. The building is a short 15 minute walk from the beach and supermarkets.

The room is in a shared apartment with a male PhD student, all bills are included.

Tenants will have full access to the apartment which includes:

Fully equipped kitchen
Fitted bathroom
Large living room
Washing machine and tumble dryer
Towels and bedding (if needed)

I am looking for either a student or young professional to share the apartment with. I am a PhD student, so my life is more in keeping with a young professional than an undergraduate. But I do not mind who I share with, as long as they are respectfully of other peoples space and take good care of the apartment.
