So a bit about me, hi my name is Andy :) I am a 36 year old engineer who is living and working permanently in Denmark. I still have a bedroom in this flat, but only plan to be back in Aberdeen a few times a year for the odd weekend where I’ll generally be out seeing family and friends. Therefore, flat is fully furnished/equipped with anything that you’d need.

There is a permanent current flatmate also living there, who is professional full time working, and enjoys socialising.

Rent (including council tax and internet) is £395 per person, plus energy bills (As I am also still occupying a room I am happy to pay a share of bills. So bills are split 1/3 )
