2x double bedrooms that are fully furnished available to rent within a 4 bedroom house with garden - only 1 bedroom is rented at a time so just me in the house at the moment

I like to go out have a good time see my friends have a few over for drinks at times (not often) so I’m really Looking for someone who wouldn’t mind joining in if I had friends over etc and likes to go out too , I am also a live in landlord as the house is mine
