Single room available near Aberdeen Uni

Single room in a 3 bedroom flat. Rent is £230 a month, not including bills. The flat is very nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the University and 15 to the beach, with lots of buses going into town every few minutes just around the corner. Lidl is also less than 10 minutes away and there's a spar just across the street. You would be sharing with me and my flatmate, we are both students at the uni.
The flat includes a spacious living room, a shared bathroom and a kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, etc). We also have two gardens, one which is shared with the rest of the building (it's really nice in summer, there's a picnic table and a swing!) and one just for our flat which we don't use much right now but I'm hoping to plant some veggies there soon.
The room is small but nice and cosy. It is available now.
