Housemate Required

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious semi detached home in Woodside.
Beautifully decorated, with an enclosed garden, front & back full of roses.
Double bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom with bath & shower which is almost exclusively for the tenant both located downstairs. We are located within walking distance to the university of Aberdeen, good bus routes and it is even possible to walk into the city centre.
We are located very near the river Don which is great for daily walks.

We also have a small puppy & outdoor bunny in enclosed garden which is a great sun trap in the summer.

Finally important to notice that i am currently pregnant baby due start of August. New housemate will have to be comfortable and flexible with this situation.
