Well furnished room to rent in sunny flat, close to RGU. Clean, organised flat with dishwasher etc. The room has double bed, plenty of storage and desk. Share bathroom with two others. Large shared sitting/ living room and kitchen. Outside, shared garden/secure storage for bikes etc.. Three third year students currently there, ideally another laid back, friendly person is needed to join them. The flat has a current HMO certificate and is well maintained. Household bills/broadband divided between residents.
