Room to rent in nearly new build house

Large Room to rent with Double bed and lots of storage space, in 3 bed nearly new build house(5 year old now) with live in landlord and one other tenant.
I work offshore so I am away at least 6 months of the year. At times you would have the place to yourself…
Full access to kitchen, living spaces , garden etc . You would have shared use of main bathroom with other tenant, a 40ish year old male, who is here working away from home as Helicopter Pilot . There is an en-suite for me so I do not use the main bathroom so this is essentially for use between the 2 tenants.
There is also a downstair toilet…
Space for 2 cars on driveway+ plenty visitor parking spaces nearby
Lovely Back garden….has recently been modified with Astro turf.
Integral garage modified as additional sitting room/gym with washing machine and additional Fridge/Freezer
