Looking for Female Flatmate

I currently seek a flatmate for the next academic session.

I have a room to let in a lovely city centre flat at £375 pcm inc broadband, TV licence and other comforts

A room is available in an immaculate and warm two bedroom Victorian flat on King Street. This flat is on the second floor of a secure building only fifteen minutes walk from Aberdeen University. The flat is owned by me, a postgraduate student. A female tenant is preferred, ideally a senior student also. The flat is quiet, well-maintained and has the following features:

* Single room with bed, desk and telephone
* Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer
* Good condition gas central heating system
* Shower and bath
* Beautiful living room and a working coal fireplace
* Secure access and quiet neighbours
