The bathroom is shared between three of the tenants with one having an en suite. There is a large basement area which includes a seating area and gym equipment. It is located less than a five minute walk form the University of Aberdeen and Regular buses are available just outside to get to Robert Gordon's University. For rent for the month of October it will only be £80 and back to full price thereafter.

The current tenants are three 3rd Year students at the University of Aberdeen and would welcome anyone into the flat.

For the internet bill it is £10 per month and gas and electricity bills will approximately be £25 per month on top of the £380 for rent.
