Double room to rent, modern spacious, integrated wardrobes, nice living area and kitchen, second story used for storage, garage, parking, front and rear garden

I work offshore on a 3 and 2 rotation so you will have the house to yourself at least 60% of the time and when I am there full use of living area anyway, I don’t spend much time at home

Viewings can be arranged between 6-20th if December with a view to move in dec-January

All bills inclusive, Fiberoptic Wi-fi, central heating etc all included, nice conditions.

I don’t have much preference on the tenant as I won’t be there much but obviously clean, tidy and responsible.
