Double room Aberdeen city centre

Double room with shared kitchen, shower room & living room short walk from Union Street. Parking available with a permit. I work relatively long hours so use the flat more as a base than a home. I’m away for work approx 7:30am and come back any time from 6-9pm. I also work every 2nd weekend and when I have a weekend off I tend to travel home to see my family, so I’m actually not there very often other than to sleep. The flat itself could do with a lick of paint however I keep it as tidy as possible and would expect the same from a flatmate.
